Bitunuous Coal

Coal from the mine contains other mineral content which needs to be removed before it is burned. Coal washing involves grinding the coal into smaller pieces and passing it through a number of processes including gravity separation, cyclone module barrels, heap leaching etc. to separate the unwanted particles. After then it is dried and prepared for burning.

To reduce the ratio of sulfur, moisture and other non-burnable debris and to gain maximum energy from coal, we provide services to wash and prepare the coal. We have conducted a successful initial research for a feasible washing plant with a capacity of  up to 10 ton per hour with the help of Geological Survey of Pakistan.

Outcrop / Lignite Coal

Lignite, or brown coal, is a soft brown combustible sedimentary rock formed from naturally compressed peat. It is considered the lowest rank of coal due to its relatively low heat content. It has a carbon content around 60–70 percent. Very beneficial use of lignite is in cultivation and distribution of biological control microbes that suppress plant disease causing microbes. The carbon enriches the organic matter in the soil while the biological control microbes provide an alternative to chemical pesticides.
